시장선도형 모바일 애플리케이션 개발인재의 특성 분석

Abstract

이 연구는 시장선도형 앱 개발자의 특성을 분석하여 앱 개발자들의 창의성 창출방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 앱 생태계를 구성하는 개인개발자와 소규모 개발사 그리고 대규모 개발사 각각의 특성에 맞는 차별화된 지원 정책으로 이들의 발전적 진화를 지원해야 한다. 둘째, 창의적 앱 생태계 조성을 위해서는 밀 재배방식과 쌀 재배방식을 적절히 혼용하여 정책을 전개해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 정부는 앱 생태계가 자율적으로 조성되고 확대·발전할 수 있도록 간접적인 방식의 정책적 지원을 시행해야 한다. 이를 위해 정부는 특히 앱 생태계 구성요소들 간에 활발한 상호작용이 일어날 수 있는 기회의 장을 제공하는 역할을 할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 앱 생태계의 핵심역량구조와 인재특성 및 개발환경의 변화에 맞춰 정부의 정책적·행정적 지원 패러다임도 변화해야 한다는 것이다. □ 주요내용 - 시장선도형 모바일 애플리케이션 - 앱 생태계 - 킬러 앱 인재 역량의 기본 구조 - 앱의 4가지 유형

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of killer mobile app developers. Literature review and interview with experts, killer mobile developers, and leaders in app business were utilized for this study. Followings are the results of this study. First, the differentiated supporting policy for app developers are needed based on developers'' business growth stage such as individual developers, small size developers, and large size developers considering their characteristics. For individual developers, it needs to implement policies to promote development ecosystem where developers can cooperate each other to develop competitive mobile application. Supporting policies including marketing and branding developed app are needed to help individual developers grow up to small size developers. For small size developers, policies helping them become large size developers are needed. It may include provision of flexible human resources, financing, and supply of satisfactory formal education program. Second, to build creative app ecosystem, wheat cultivation approach together with rice cultivation approach are needed based on developers growing stages. In the early development stage, the app idea creation stage, wheat cultivation approach which promotes individual creativity to be realized to app program is needed. In small size developer stage competing in the global market, rice cultivation approach which supports the developers individually is needed. This approach may include marketing support, sales promotion, financing aid, provision of M&A opportunity, and providing opportunity to have partnership with publishing developers.
