  이 연구는 10년 후의 상황을 대상으로 하여 지능정보 기술 등 기술 변화 확산에 있어 미래 직업 교육훈련의 방향성을 탐색하고, 현재 수행되고 있는 교육 제도 및 정책에 대한 시사점과 향후 개선 방향을 제언하고자 한다.
  중등교육에서는 직업 기초 역량으로의 인지 능력과 소통 능력을 중점적으로 키우고, 산업체에서 요구하는 실무 능력은 이후 교육훈련 단계에서 진행되는 것이 적합할 것으로 여겨진다. 새로운 가치를 부여할 수 있는 전문성을 키우는 것이 직업교육의 과제가 되어야 할 것이며, 이를 위해 고등교육 단계에서 산학 협력 등에 의한 전문 인력 양성이 중심이 되어야 할 것이다. 전문 직업훈련 기관은 중등교육을 마치고 노동 시장으로의 진출을 원하는 이들과 재직자 및 전직자에 대한 교육훈련을 제공하여야 할 것이다. 
  AI의 확산 및 제4차 산업 혁명의 전개로 새로운 사업 기회가 창출될 뿐만 아니라 창업 진입 비용이 크게 낮아지고 있다. AI와 함께 3D 프린터, 사물 인터넷 등의 기술 전개로 인하여 사업 기회가 확산되는 한편, 학습 장벽 및 진입 장벽의 축소, 상업화 장벽의 축소 등으로 창업 진입 비용이 크게 낮아져 창작자(maker) 창업이 활성화되고 있다. 이에 직업교육훈련에 (창작자) 창업을 위한 교육과정을 포함할 필요가 있다.

  This study explores to derive the direction of future vocational training and education in the midst of the diffusion of technological changes such as intelligence information technology for the next 10 years. In addition, it attempts to bring the implications of the status quo of education system and policy, and improvement direction in the future.
  It will be appropriate to focus on building up the cognitive ability and communication skills as vocational basic competencies in secondary education, and pursue the practical ability which is required by industry in later education？training system. The development of expertise that gives new values should be the main tasks of vocational education and training and for this purpose, the cultivation of professional manpower should be the core part of academic and industrial cooperation in higher education level.
