This study aims to confirm the relationship between the personal resources of vocational high school students and entry into the labor market. By conducting in-depth interviews with teachers and graduates involved in vocational high schools and reviewing previous research, the study derived employment-related personal resources for vocational high school students. Securing the content validity for the derived personal resources via the abbreviated Delphi survey, the study used the Korean Educational Employment Panel II (KEEP II). Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) of 3,615 students from vocational education high school identified three distinct profiles: Profile 1, Employment Delayed preparation type, comprised 27.6% of the total sample and showed a lower level of personal resources. Profile 2, Employment Preparation Exploring type, comprised 50.3% of the total sample, showing an average of indicators level. Profile 3 (22.1%), Employment Preparation Mature type, had a higher rate of all the indicators of employment-related personal resources.
