In this study, the Ministry of Employment and Labor set the direction of specialized training for responding to industry structural changes, develops a consulting model that supports the design and operation of training that is helpful to trainees, the final users, and derives training advancement plans. To this end, the trend of related training policies in response to industry changes was analyzed. Second, based on the survey of consulting needs, a consulting model was developed to discover best practices for the Special Training. Fourth, interviews were conducted with the person in charge of the training institution.
Consulting was divided into a total of six stages, and the final model was arranged by area with high priority for each stage. The most important role of RSC is to accumulate procedures, methods, and know-how for selecting support targets and industries to be fostered, and to support training institutions to develop excellent training.
As a result of the interview with the person in charge of the training institution, it was suggested that it is important to consider the requirements of the industry and companies when designing the training process. In particular, in the case of automobile repair and maintenance, as foreign companies requested graduates from junior colleges or higher, degree courses were designed and operated in connection with the academic credit bank system. It was convincing in that there is an effect that meets the needs of the company.
