여성이 남성보다 따돌림에 대해 더욱 부정적인 인식을 보임.
가해자와 피해자가 같은 위치의 동료일 때보다, 상사나 부하직원일 경우 더욱 부정적인 인식을 갖는 것으로 나타나
직장에서의 따돌림은 근로자의 정신적.신체적 건강에 악영향을 주며, 기업에도 비용을 초래함.

The incidence rate of workplace bullying stands at around 4.1%~12.9%.
Only 13.4% of participants had not experienced any kinds of bullying in the past 6 months.
Females held more negative perception about bullying than males.
The respondents tended to have more negative perception toward bullying by superiors or subordinates than by peers.
Workplace bullying results in adverse effects on the victim’s mental and physical health and incurs costs for companies.
