Among graduates of colleges in provincial areas, those who found employment at small and medium-sized companies in the capital area have the same grade point average as those who have found employment at small and medium-sized companies in provincial areas, and their average TOEIC score is only 10 points higher. Hence, there is not much difference in terms of qualifications between the two groups.
Of the graduates of provincial colleges who found employment at small and medium-sized companies in the capital area, 49.8% are satisfied with their jobs, which is lower than 53.6% of graduates who found employment at small- and medium-sized companies in provincial areas, and 54.1% for graduates of colleges in the capital area with employment at small- and medium-sized companies in the capital area.
