Among young people who have secured their desired jobs, the percentage of those who have had a private education while in school for employment has increased by 7.5pp, from 22.2% in 2005 to 29.7% in 2014, and the percentage of those who have participated in work experience while in school or during a period of absence has increased by 3.5pp, from 55.6% in 2005 to 59.1% in 2014.
The most common way of getting desired jobs among young people is through open recruitment, and the percentage of those who prefer open recruitment has increased by 10.7pp, from 48.4% in 2005 to 59.1% in 2014.
