기업 담당자는 마이스터고 졸업생의 학력 및 역량, 직업기초능력 수준이 높다고 인식하고 있으며, 자기개발가능성과 승진가능성 역시 높게 평가함.
기업의 과반수(50.2%)가 마이스터고 졸업생을 2년 연속으로 채용하였으며, 그 이유는 학생들이 우수하고 발전가능성이 높기 때문이라는 응답(53.7%)이 가장 높음.
기업에서는 마이스터고 졸업생의 경력개발을 위하여 일과 학습의 병행 지원, 능력중심의 인사관리제도, 능력개발을 위한 교육 및 훈련, 마이스터고 정책의 성공적 추진을 위한 지속적인 협력 등을 계획하고 있음.

Companies recognize that the graduates of Meister high schools have high level of education, abilities, and basic working skills. In addition, these graduates have higher self-development potentials and possibilities of promotions in their jobs. 
Half of companies (50.2%) have hired graduates from Meister high schools for two consecutive years because of the excellence of the students and their high potential for development (53.7%). 
Companies plan to cooperate continuously for career development of Meister high school graduates by providing apprenticeship opportunities that run parallel with their academics, ability-oriented HR system, education and training to develop their abilities, and diverse support for the success of Meister high schools.
