(potential for self-development: 94.4% in 2013 → 93.8% in 2014 → 95.2% in 2015,
potential for promotion: 90.9% in 2013 → 89.2% in 2014 → 93.2% in 2015).
Among the companies that already hired Meister High School graduates, the proportion of those that are willing to recruit Meister High School graduates in the following year have been high over the past few years(88.9% in 2013 → 86.1% in 2014 → 89.4% in 2015).
