마이스터고 졸업생의 전공 관련 역량에 대한 기업의 교육 만족도는 2015년도에 더욱 향상되는 경향을 보이고 있음(전공이론 2013년 87.7% → 2014년 86.3% → 2015년 91.0%, 전공실습 2013년 84.9% → 2014년 83.6% → 2015년 89.0%).
기업은 마이스터고 졸업생들이 전문대학 졸업생들에 비해 더 높은 수준의 성실한 근무태도와 대인관계 역량을 갖춘 것으로 인식하고 있음.
기업은 마이스터고 졸업생의 향후 발전가능성이 매우 높다고 인식하고 있으며, 이러한 인식 수준이 2015년도에 더욱 향상됨(자기개발 가능성 2013년 94.4% → 2014년 93.8% → 2015년 95.2%, 승진 가능성 2013년 90.9% → 2014년 89.2% → 2015년 93.2%).
마이스터고 졸업생을 채용한 기업의 마이스터고 졸업생에 대한 지속적인 채용 계획은 연도별(2013년~2015년)로 꾸준히 높게 나타나고 있음(2013년 88.9% → 2014년 86.1% → 2015년 89.4%).

Among the companies that already hired Meister High School graduates, the proportion of those that are willing to recruit Meister High School graduates in the following year have been high over the past few years(88.9% in 2013 → 86.1% in 2014 → 89.4% in 2015).
