Among the methods of workplace training in work-learning dual system, practice-oriented training is more effective than lecture-based training in improving the training performance.
68.9% of the workers responded that they improved their problem solving skills related to job through practice-oriented workplace training, which is 13.8% higher than that of those responded who improved their skills through lecture-based on-the-job training (55.1%).
70.9% of the workers who received practice-based workplace training responded that they had maintained good relationship with the supervisor during their participation in the work-learning dual system, whereas the proportion was only 57.8% for those who received lecture-based workplace training, which is 13.8% lower.
73.0% of the former hoped that they could build their career in the future related to the current job, while 63.2% of the latter hoped to build their future career related to the current one.
