조사 결과, 2018년 6월 기준 일학습병행 훈련과정 이수자의 외부 평가 합격률은 47.2%이며, 유형별로는 산학일체형 도제학교 73.6%, 공동훈련센터형 40.4% 등으로 나타남.
일학습병행 훈련과정 이수자들은 훈련 중 기업현장교사의 진로 관련 상담 및 정서적 지원에 대해 만족하고 있으며(4.19점/6점 만점), 훈련 종료 후 기업현장교사의 사후 지원 수준에 대해서도 다소 긍정적(3.74점/6점 만점)으로 평가함.
훈련 중 기업현장교사의 진로 관련 상담 및 정서적 지원에 대한 만족도는 일학습병행 훈련과정 이수자들의 '주관적 경력 성공’(경력만족: β=0.322, p<.05, 직무만족: β=0.371, p<.01, 고용가능성: β=0.284, p<.05) 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 외부 평가 합격 여부, 훈련 종료 후 사후 지원 수준은 '주관적 경력 성공’에 별다른 영향을 미치지 못함.

A survey of those who completed a work-study program as of June 2018 shows that 47.2% of them passed outside exams. The figures for apprentice schools and group-training centers were 73.6% and 40.4%, respectively.
Those who completed a work-study program were satisfied with the career advice and emotional support from teachers in their workplaces during the program period (4.19 out of 6 points), and they were more or less positive about the teachers’ post-program support (3.74 out of 6 points).
The satisfaction with the career advice and emotional support from the teachers during the program period had a positive impact on the subjective career success of those who completed the program (career satisfaction: β=0.322, p<.05, job satisfaction: β=0.371, p<.01, and employment probability: β=0.284, p<.05). However, success with outside exams and the levels of post-program support had little impact on their subjective career success.
