학습근로자의 담당 직무와 훈련과정에 대한 만족이 조직 몰입에 미치는 정(+)적 영향력은 기업현장교사의 OJT 실행 능력 수준이 높을수록 더 커지는 것으로 확인됨.
기업현장교사의 OJT 실행 능력이 한 단위(1점) 증가할 때, 학습근로자의 직무 만족, 훈련과정 만족 수준이 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향력(조건부 효과)은 각각 약 0.036, 0.033씩 증가함.
즉 일학습병행 훈련 진행 중 학습근로자가 담당한 직무와 훈련과정 대한 학습근로자의 긍정적 평가가 학습근로자의 조직에 대한 정서적 애착과 유대감 증진에 미치는 영향력은 기업현장교사의 OJT 실행능력 수준에 따라 가변적임.

The positive(+) influence of learning employee’s satisfaction for the job and the training course on organizational commitment was found to increase with higher OJT execution skills of company trainers. 
For each unit(1 point) increase of company trainers' OJT execution skills, influence(conditional effect) of learning employees' job satisfaction and training program satisfaction level to organizational commitment increased by about 0.036 and 0.033, respectively. 
In other words, the influence of Work-Learning Dual System to learning employees' positive job and training program evaluation on learning employees' emotional attachment to the organization varied depending on the OJT execution skills of company trainers.
