Analyzing the breakdown of workforce training categories, ‘accounting and office assistant,’ ‘management support assistant,’ ‘electric and electronic maintenance specialist,’ ‘electric and electronic product and parts manufacturer, has the largest population but is in a decreasing trend. ‘Electric wiring specialist,’ ‘confectionery and baking,’ ‘chefs,’ ‘software developers’ are increasing.
‘Other subjects’, which encompasses subjects that do not fall under existing categories, are increasing in breakdown. ‘Convergent majors,’ which merges subjects from two or more categories, is now in the 20% range.
In some subject categories, there have been cases where workforce training and qualifications acquired were found unfitting of the designated categories (example: chemical engineering category).
