고용복지플러스센터와 여성새로일하기센터의 성인 대상 진로 목표별 관련 프로그램 만족도는 2점대(5점 만점)에 그침.
독립된 성인 진로지원 및 서비스 전담 시설의 필요성을 느끼는 응답자는 10명 중 9명 정도(90.5%)로 높게 나타남.
성인 진로교육 활성화를 위해 성인 학습자들의 필요와 요구에 부합할 수 있는 프로그램의 확충 및 전문적인 전담 시설 운영의 필요가 있음.

A majority of respondents in their 20s to 50s answered that they would not be able to continue to work at one workplace until their desired time of retirement. 
Among users of educational programs at public education facilities, 56.1% have stopped using such facilities due to a lack of the programs they seek.
The satisfaction level for programs designed for different career goals of adults at the Workplus Center and Saeil Center under Ministry of Gender Equality and Family remains in the 2-point range (out of 5 points).
The ratio of respondents who felt the need for an independent facility dedicated to career support and services for adults was 9 out of 10 (90.5%).
It is deemed necessary to operate programs and facilities dedicated to catering to the needs of adult learners for more diversified career education.
