기업현장교사들은 역량 개발을 위한 정책적 지원 방안으로 ‘일학습병행 훈련과정 개발 전 기업현장교사 기본과정 이수 의무화’, ‘기본과정 담당 강사 양성 교육 강화’, ‘지식, 정보 전달이 주목적인 것은 온라인 교육으로 시행’ 등을 주로 지지함.
