○ All basic occupational indicators, including income, working conditions, job stability, work value, job characteristics, and entry-level job requirements, were increased by 0.09-0.23 points (7-point scale) compared to three years ago among experts and related workers in the fields of natural science, engineering, and manufacturing.
○ In the categories of ??working conditions and work value, negative perceptions significantly increased among the groups of crafts and related trades workers and elementary occupations, and therefore, more targeted efforts are required to improve such perceptions, in particular work flexibility (crafts workers: 4.66 → 4.36 points, elementary occupations: 4.58 → 3.72) and occupational reputation (crafts workers: 4.13 points → 3.98, elementary occupations: 3.48 → 3.06 points).
○ In the case of the elementary occupations group, all basic indicators fell by 0.06-0.63 points compared to three years ago, further widening the gap with the professional group. It is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis on the environment and conditions of elementary occupations to establish and implement targeted policies for them.
