○ 대학 생활·시설 만족도는 수도권보다 비수도권에서 더 높았으나, 대학 구분별, 설립 유형별로 만족도 차이를 보였으며, 이로 인해 비수도권에서 더 높은 만족도를 보임.
○ 대학 구분별로 4년제 이상 대학의 대학 생활·시설 만족도가 전문 대학보다 높았으며, 비수도권보다 수도권에서 대학 구분별 차이가 더 크게 나타남.
○ 대학 설립 유형별로는 국·공립 대학의 대학 생활·시설 만족도가 사립 대학보다 높았으며, 비수도권보다 수도권에서 대학 설립 유형별 차이가 더 크게 나타남.
○ 4년제 이상/전문 대학, 국·공립/사립 대학의 생활·시설 만족도 격차가 크고, 대학 구분 및 설립 유형, 지역별로 대학의 학생 지원 및 시설 지원/점검이 필요하며, 특히 전반적으로 학생 생활 만족도보다 시설 만족도가 더 낮고 큰 차이를 보이는 만큼 대학 시설에 대한 관심과 지원이 필요함

○Satisfaction with university life and facilities was higher for universities outside of than in the Seoul metropolitan area, but there was a difference in satisfaction by university group and university establishment type (i.e., national, public, or private). Overall, the satisfaction level was higher for universities outside of the Seoul metropolitan area.
○ By university group, college life and facility satisfaction was higher for 4-year universities than junior colleges, and the difference was greater among universities in than outside of the Seoul metropolitan area.
○ By university establishment type, satisfaction with campus life and facilities at national and public universities was higher than that of private universities, and the difference by university establishment type was greater among universities in than outside of the Seoul metropolitan area.
○ There was a large disparity in satisfaction with campus life and facilities between 4-year universities and community colleges as well as between national/public and private universities. It is necessary to support students and improve and check facilities by university group, establishment type, and region. More specifically, as students’ overall satisfaction with facilities was lower than that with campus life and there were large differences between universities, more attention and support for university facilities are needed.
