○ 40·50대가 20·30대보다, 관리자·전문가가 서비스·판매직보다, 대졸 이상이 고졸 및 전문대졸보다 고등교육기관의 평생직업교육이 도움이 된다고 인식하는 경향을 보임.
○ 재직자들은 자격증 취득(49.1%), 직무 관련 전문 이론·기술(46.8%), 최신 산업·기술 트렌드(43.6%) 등 교육 결과의 활용도가 높은 프로그램을 선호함.
○ 고등교육기관은 재직자의 특성 및 다양한 수요를 고려해 평생직업교육 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있으며, 재직자의 평생직업교육 참여 활성화를 위한 다양한 지원체계가 마련되어야 할 것임.

○ The employed person’s interest in attending continuing vocational education programs in higher education institutions was highest among those in their 40s (85.4%) and with white-collar positions (81.5%); interest tends to increase with higher education.

○ Higher education institutions need to operate continuing vocational education considering the characteristics and various demands of the employed people and require various support systems to vitalize the continuing vocational education participation among them.
