○ 직업생활 성공조건으로 ‘개인의 능력’과 ‘자본’을 선택한 비율이 11년 전보다 상승함.
○ 젊은 인력의 채용과 이들의 장기근속을 통해 인적자원을 축적하길 원하는 수요자의 경우 고용 안정성과 개인의 특성을 고려한 업무 배치에 더 신경 써야 할 것으로 보임.
