○ 「인재 양성」과 관련한 최신 이슈로 1) 지자체-대학 협력, 2) 미래 혁신인재 양성, 3) 인사행정, 4) 교육정책(일반) 등이 도출됨.
○ 지역소멸 위기 가속화 및 지역대학 위기 극복을 위해 지자체-대학 협력 관련 주제에 대한 관심이 점차 증가하는 추세임.
○ 지역위기대응에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 지역노동시장 및 지역인재 양성 지원정책 등에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하며, 지역균형발전 기반 마련을 위해 지자체 및 지역대학 간의 협력 방안 모색이 요구됨.
