○ 특성화고 졸업생의 동일 지역 정착률이 마이스터고 졸업생보다 높았으며, 특성화고 졸업생과 마이스터고 졸업생 모두 수도권, 특히 경기 지역의 동일 지역 정착률이 다른 지역보다 높음.
○ 직업계고 졸업생의 지역 정착 양상은 권역 간, 시도 간에 차이가 큰 것으로 나타남.
○ 마이스터고 졸업생은 지역 이동성이 높고 주로 경기 지역으로 이동하는 경향을 보이는 반면, 특성화고 졸업생은 동일 지역에 정착하는 경향을 보임.
○ 고졸 취업자의 지역 정착을 통한 지역 활성화를 위해서는 지역 내 일자리의 질 제고가 우선될 필요가 있음.

○ Specialized high school graduates are more likely to settle in their local area than Meister high school graduates. Additionally, both specialized and Meister high school graduates in metropolitan areas, particularly Gyeonggi Province, are more likely to settle in their province than those in other provinces.
○ Meister high school graduates tend to move across regions and often relocate to Gyeonggi Province, while specialized high school graduates usually prefer to settle in their local area.
○ To promote regional revitalization through the local settlement of employees with a high school diploma, high priority should be assigned to improving the quality of jobs in local areas.
