○ 전국 일반대학의 취업지원부서는 예산 및 인프라의 부족, 지역 기업체에 대한 정보 부족 등을 대학-지역기업 간 연계의 주요 애로 요인으로 인식함.
○ 취업지원부서는 대학-지역기업 간 원활한 연계를 위해 대학의 전담인력 및 조직 확충, 지자체 차원의 기업 정보제공 기능 강화 등이 필요하다고 인식함.
○ 대학일자리(플러스)센터사업 참여교는 사업의 취지에 맞게 지역고용센터, 지자체, 지역기업과 활발히 소통하고 있으며 미참여교에 비해 지역 기업체에 대한 조직의 이해 수준, 대학의 지원 수준이 높은 것으로 나타남.
○ 본 연구 결과는 대학-지역기업 간 원활한 연계를 위해 대학 취업지원부서의 조직 역량 강화와 대학 및 지자체의 지원이 전반적으로 개선될 필요가 있음을 시사함.

○ Job centers in 4-year universities across the country recognize a lack of budget, infrastructure, and information about local companies as major obstacles to linking universities and local companies.
○ These centers identify the need to increase the number of dedicated personnel and organizations at universities and to strengthen the role of local governments in providing information on local companies in order to facilitate the linkage between universities and local companies.
○ Universities participating in the University Job (Plus) Center project are actively communicating with local employment centers, local governments, and local companies. They have a higher level of organizational understanding toward local companies and university support than non-participating universities.
○ The findings of this study suggest that the organizational capacity of university job centers and the overall support from universities and local governments need to be improved to facilitate effective connections between universities and local companies.
