기존 인력수요 전망과 인재 양성 속도는 인공지능 분야의 기술 및 수요 변화를 따라가지 못하고 있어 시장 환경에 능동적이고 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 수요 파악이 필요함. 인공지능 분야 인력의 시장수요 파악을 위한 빅데이터 분석 결과 4개 기술 분야 중 상황인식 기반 기술 영역(51.1%), 6가지 직무 중에는 소프트웨어 엔지니어(28.1%)의 수요가 가장 높은 것으로 나타남. 인공지능 분야 인재의 채용조건으로 UI·UX, 플랫폼, 솔루션, 모바일, 마케팅 등이 주요하게 요구되었으며 학력별로는 고졸 이상에서는 유지보수, 인터넷, 네트워크, 서버, 통신 등 범주가 큰 키워드가 관찰되는 반면, 석사 이상에서는 신호처리, 자연어, AI Drone 등 해당 역량이 더 세분화되는 특징이 나타남.

Existing forecasts on labor demand and the speed of talent cultivation are not keeping up with changes in technology and demands in the field of AI. Therefore, it is imperative that demands need to be identified to respond to market conditions proactively and flexibly. A big data analysis to understand the market demand for labor in the field of AI shows that situational awareness technology (51.1%) among four technological areas and software engineers (28.1%) among six roles showed the highest demands. Skills in UI/UX, platform, solution, mobile, and marketing were essential requirements for employment in the AI industry. Keywords of wider ranges such as repair and maintenance, internet, network, server, and communication were common in job requirements for those with a minimum of a high school diploma, whereas more detailed keywords such as signal processing, natural language, and AI drone were common in job requirements for those with a minimum of a master’s degree.
