산학일체형 도제학교의 산업 현장성을 강화하는 데 필요한 활동들을 규명하고, 각 활동의 우선순위를 도출하였음. 분석 결과, 이 글에서 확인된 최우선 필요 활동들은 주로 기업현장교사를 비롯한 학습기업 관계자와의 협력을 수반하는 것들임(예를 들어, 학습기업 중 우수 사례를 발굴하여 타 학습기업에 전파, 도제교육 관계자 간담회 정기 개최, 방과 후 또는 방학 중 교육에 기업 관계자를 교수자로 활용, 기업현장교사와 OJT 팀티칭 등). 이러한 분석 결과는 기업의 적극적 관여가 성공적인 도제교육 실행을 위한 필수 요건이며, 기업 관계자들이 인재 육성에 적극적으로 참여해야 함을 시사함.

KRIVET identified activities to reinforce field-oriented curriculums at apprenticeship schools and set their priorities. According to our analysis results, activities rated as high priority mostly require close cooperation with the officials of the companies that provide apprenticeship programs, including instructors at workplaces (e.g., selection of best practices and their dissemination to other companies, regular meetings with officials in charge of apprenticeships, company officials serving as instructors for after-school or in-vacation programs, and OJT teams taught by company instructors). These findings show active participation by companies is an essential requirement for successful apprenticeships and corporate officials should  engage in cultivating talents more actively.
