고용노동부가 추진하고 있는 「미래내일 일경험 지원사업」의 활성화를 위한 성과평가를 목적으로 사업 참여 청년 514명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 분석함. 분석 결과, 사업 참여 청년은 ‘해당분야 직무탐색’을 주목적으로 참여하였으며, 사업 참여가 취업에 도움이 되는 것으로 인식하였음. 또한, 「미래내일 일경험 지원사업」에서 참여했던 직무 분야와 동일한 분야로 취업했다고 응답한 비율이 더 높았고, 사업 참여 청년은 「미래내일 일경험 지원사업」 참여가 취업 후 ‘조직적응, 직무수행, 직무만족, 역량제고’에 미친 영향 역시 긍정적으로 인식하였음. 따라서 향후 「미래내일 일경험 지원사업」의 지속가능성 확보를 위해 운영기관에서는 교ㆍ강사 및 프로그램 전문성을 높여야 하며, 참여기업은 적극적인 참여를 통해 다양한 참여기업 Pool을 확보해야 하고, 정부는 사업 홍보와 훈련 환경 개선을 위해 사업예산을 확대할 필요가 있음.

KRIVET surveyed 514 youths who participated in the“Future Work Experience Support Project” of the Ministry of Employment and Labor to evaluate its effects and find ways to vitalize the project. According to our analysis of survey results,  "understanding of jobs” was cited as the main reason for participating in this project and the respondents acknowledged their project experience proved to be useful in finding jobs. The ratio of respondents who landed jobs in the same job categories as they participated in the project was higher than those who found jobs in different categories. They also recognized their project experience had positive effects on "adjustment to the organization, work performance, job satisfaction, and competency enhancement.”To secure the sustainability of this project, it is recommended that operating institutions enhance the expertise of teachers and instructors,  the pool of participating companies be expanded, and the government expands budgets to promote the project and improve training environments.
