This paper analyzes and compares the ethical educational system of Korean and Foreign companies. The objective of education in ethics is firstly for employers to acknowledge the importance of ethical management and embedded ethical spirit, and is secondly to take a firm root as part of corporate culture. Education methods need to adopt a blended learning system combining both cyber and classroom education. The contents of education should include ethical rule, business philosophy, the history of ethical management, and the decision making rule in relation to the business. All employees should become participants and instructors will typically be the person in charge of ethical management within the firm. It is particularly important for Korean firms that are increasingly going abroad to do business to consider how they can transfer ethical management philosophy to the locals and what contents they should include in their ethical education.
