abstract

 This study aims to analyze the process and the features of corporate e-Learning as a form of informal learning. For this purpose, the concept of learning continuum is extracted through literature review, which is applied to analyze the e-Learning case of 'A' company. In sum, this study suggests practical and theoretical implications that would lead to the development of corporate e-Learning as informal learning.
