Today the number of Saeteomins has reached 10,000, and the policies to help them become independent and settle down have emerged as a new issue. There are several factors that make their entry into the labor market difficult, and the most challenging one is to develop and educate their vocational abilities. This study set out to conduct literature analysis and in-depth interviews to analyze the support system for Saeteomins' vocational abilities development, the process of their choosing and receiving vocational training, obtaining a certificate, employment, working life, and the process of changing or leaving a job. It also aimed to identify the problems with the process of supporting their vocational abilities development and suggest some improvement measures for them. And suggested in the conclusion was a support model for Saeteomins' vocational abilities development based on the analysis results.
