   이 연구는 선취업한 특성화고 졸업자의 대학진학 필요성 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하여 선취업 후진학 모형이 새로운 고용문화로 정착되기 위한 이론적 논의를 활성화하고 대안적 경력개발 경로의 가능성을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국고용정보원에서 제공하는 ‘고졸자 취업진로 조사(HSGOMS: High School Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey)’를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 조사응답자 중, 특성화 고등학교를 졸업한 후 선취업하여 직장생활을 하고 있으며 후진학에 대한 의견이 있는 졸업생 2,826명을 대상으로 6단계 모형을 설정하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학교교육 만족도, 간접적 진로준비행동, 현 직장에 대한 인식 등이 대학진학 포부에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 도출되었다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 선취업 후진학 모형 정착에 고려해야 할 사항에 대하여 제언하였다.

  This study aimed to analyze determinants of the perception of the necessity to enter college among employees who graduated newly from a vocational high schools, and to discuss 'First Go to Work-After Go to College Model' as an alternative career path for them. To this end, the data of 2,826 selected from HSGOMS(High School Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) of KEIS(Korea Employment Information Service) were analyzed using the binominal logistic regression analysis. Variables as determinants of the perception of the necessity for higher education which are drawn by literature review such as personal and family's characteristics. Based on results, several academic and practical implications were suggested regarding of workers with high school diploma, the policy of 'First Go to Work-After Go to College Model'.
