The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve the job satisfaction of first job, lower early retirement rates of college graduates, and establish effective vocational career education plans in college. Thus, this study selected satisfaction with school support, satisfaction with major programs, intrinsic job value and extrinsic job value as factors that affect the job satisfaction of first job. To meet the purpose of this study, data were collected from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) 2010. A total of 3686 students' data were selected for this study. The data were collected using SPSS and AMOS descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The major finding of this study is that satisfaction with school support, satisfaction with major programs, and intrinsic job value had significant effects on the first job satisfaction. However, extrinsic job value had no significant effects on the first job satisfaction.
