이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 직업들의 ‘초연결 기술’ 관련성과 ‘일자리 변화’ 전망을 분석하고, 이와 관련된 직업특성이 무엇인지를 탐색하는 데 있었다. 이를 위하여 전문가 의견을 조사하여 기초통계 분석하고, 직업지표 조사 자료(2013~3014)를 사용하여 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업 전문가들은 우리나라 직업 가운데 초연결 기술 관련성이 높은 직업보다 관련성이 낮은 직업이 더 많고, 초연결 시대에서 일자리 수 증가 직업 보다 감소 직업이 더 많을 것으로 전망하였다. 하지만, 전문가들은 초연결 기술 관련성이 높은 직업들의 경우에는 일자리 수 증가 직업이 감소 직업보다 더 많을 것으로 전망하였다. 둘째, 직업의 초연결 기술 관련성과 일자리 수 변화에 대하여 직업특성 요인들의 관련성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직업의 특성으로 전문지식 수준이 높을수록, 사회적 평판이 좋을수록, 양성평등 수준이 높을수록, 근무시간은 길수록, 고령자 친화성은 낮을수록, 그리고 육체적 스트레스는 높을수록 해당 직업의 초연결 기술 관련성이 높고, 일자리 수 증가 전망에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 초연결 시대 직업 변화에 대응하기 위한 과제와 심층 분석을 포함하는 후속 연구를 제언하였다.  

  The purpose of this study is to analyze the relevance of ‘hyper connectivity technologies’ of Korean occupations and the prospect of ‘change in jobs,’ and to investigate occupational characteristics related to these variables. To this end, we conducted a statistical analysis of the basic data of the expert opinion survey we had performed and a bivariate logistic regression analysis using the Korean Occupational Index Survey data (from 2013 to 2014). The main results of this study are as follows: First, the occupational experts predicted that there would be more occupations with a low relevance to hyper connectivity technologies than those with a high relevance, and that there would more occupations with a decreased number of jobs than those with an increased number of jobs in a hyper-connected society in the Korean job market. Second, occupational characteristics have significant relationships with hyper connectivity technologies and change in the number of jobs. As for occupational characteristics related to hyper connectivity technologies and change in the number of jobs, the higher their professional expertise, the higher their gender equality, etc, the higher the relevance of hyper connectivity technologies of those occupations became and the more positive impact they had on the prospect of increased jobs.
