본 연구는 고용의 질이 근로자의 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 주관적 건강인식과 우울의 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 고진로 사회권 실태조사 자료 중 임금근로자 956명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 고용의 질 지수를 구하기 위해 Hybrid 방식의 가중치 산정방법을 활용하였으며, 이중매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS를 위한 PROCESS macro 2.13을 사용하여 분석하였다.

연구결과 첫째, 고용의 질이 높을수록 주관적으로 건강하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고용의 질이 높을수록, 주관적으로 건강하다고 인식할수록 근로자의 우울 수준이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고용의 질은 직접적으로 생활만족에 영향을 미치면서, 주관적 건강인식과 우울의 이중매개 경로를 거쳐 간접적으로도 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 고용의 질을 개선하고 체계적으로 건강을 관리할 수 있는 정책적·실천적 방안을 제시하였다. 

  This study examines the relationship between the quality of employment and life satisfaction of paid workers. Based on this relationship, we investigated the double-mediating effects of self-rated health and depression. The sample, drawn from the data of Second High Road Social Rights Research, consists of a total of 956 paid workers. We used the hybrid computing method to analyze the quality of employment and the Process macro 2.13 for SPSS to analyze the double-mediating effects.
  Our analysis shows that higher subjective health levels and lower depression increased the paid workers' life satisfaction. The quality of employment has a direct impact on life satisfaction, while having an indirect on life satisfaction through the double-mediating path of subjective health and depression. Based on these findings, we suggested policy and practical measures to improve the quality of employment and manage the health of workers in a systematical manner.
