본 연구는 대학생의 진로정체감 발달 관련 요인들을 확인하기 위해 34개 분석대상 논문으로부터 도출된 대학생의 진로정체감과 진로정체감 지위 관련변인들의 상관관계에 대해 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 전체평균효과크기는 진로정체감(ESr=.352)과 진로정체감지위(ESr=.210~.370) 모두 중간효과크기로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로정체감과 진로정체감지위별 개인변인군과 환경변인군의 효과 크기를 살펴본 결과, 모두 중간효과크기를 보였다. 셋째, 진로정체감 관련 개인변인군은 부정적 정서, 자아인식, 자기조절역량 등의 순으로, 환경변인군은 대학생활적응, 부모와의 관계 순으로 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 진로정체감지위별 관련 개인변인군은 지위유형에 따라 차이가 있었으나 진로관련역량, 자기조절역량, 삶의 목표와 태도 등이, 환경변인군인 노동시장의 경험과 사회적 지지가 중간효과크기를 보였다. 연구 결과를 토대로, 대학생의 진로정체감 발달을 위한 진로개입 실제와 연구에 대해 논의하였다. 

This study conducted a meta-analysis of the correlations of related variables of university students' vocational identity and status from 34 samples to identify factors related to vocational identity development among university students. The overall average effect size was medium for vocational identity (ESr=.352) and vocational identity status (ESr=.210？.370). Individual and environmental variables showed a medium effect size on vocational identity and status. The group of individual variables related to vocational identity showed the largest effect size in the order of negative emotion, self-awareness, and self-regulation competency, and the group of environmental variables, in the order of college life adjustment and relationship with parents. Career-related competence, self-regulation, and life goals and attitudes showed a medium effect size on vocational identity status. Work experience and social support showed a medium effect size. Based on these results, we discussed the practical and research implications of career interventions to promote vocational identity development among university students.
