To help college students achieve career maturity and the development tasks of career education, we developed a college student career counseling model (CCCM: Career Calling Counseling Model) based on client type and calling based on Work as Calling Theory(WCT). First, a preliminary calling-based career counseling model was developed through a literature review. Second, five experts consulted thrice on the preliminarily developed model to verify content analysis and appropriateness through open-ended opinions. Third, a Delphi panel was formed with 20 field experts ‘currently providing counseling’ to collect information and verify content validity twice. This study consisted of seven client types, five career stages, six calling-based counseling procedures, and 48 counseling elements for each stage. This study is significant because it develops a career counseling model that can provide differentiated counseling directions according to the development level of college students' calling. The effectiveness of the CCCM can be verified in future.
