This study compared the impact of public employment services among women who participated in vocational training at the Seoul Women's Resources Development Center in 2019 and were employed the following year. Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s used job placement services the most while its utilization rate was lower among women in their 20s and 30s. Women in their 30s, 40s, and 60s show a positive subjective employment effect when using vocational training and job placement services. For women in their 30s and 40s, despite higher likelihood of career interruption, the subjective employment effect was not significantly greater for vulnerable workers. For those in their 50s and 60s, despite their stronger economic motives, not all vocational training services were evaluated as helpful. This study is unique in analyzing the subjective employment effect from the user's perspective and can contribute to the design of employment services customized by women's age.
