이 연구의 목적은 K-디지털 기초역량훈련(KDC)에서 ‘인공지능’ 분야의 영역, 수준, 스킬셋을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 KDC 내 및 고용노동부 타 사업(KDT, STEP)과의 훈련과정 간 연계 현황을 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 문헌 및 자료 분석, 전문가 워크숍, 훈련기관 대상 조사 실시 및 훈련과정 매핑, 내용전문가 타당성 검토, 데이터 시각화의 연구방법을 활용하였다. 인공지능 분야의 수준, 영역, 수준별 영역별 스킬셋을 분석한 결과, 인공지능 분야는 기본 및 심화 2가지 수준으로 구분되었으며, ‘인공지능 서비스 기획’, ‘인공지능 플랫폼 구축’, ‘인공지능 모델링’, ‘인공지능 학습데이터 구축’, ‘인공지능 서비스 구현’, ‘인공지능 서비스 운영관리’의 총 6개 영역이 도출되었다. 그리고 KDC 인공지능 분야의 연계 현황을 분석한 결과, 수직적 연계와 수직･수평 연계는 긴밀하게 이루어지고 있으나, 수평적 연계는 상대적으로 연계 정도가 부진한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 KDC의 효과적인 운영과 KDC, KDT, STEP 간 연계성을 강화하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to analyze the scope, proficiency levels, and skill sets of the artificial intelligence (AI) field within K-Digital Credit (KDC) and to analyze the current state of its linkage with other Ministry of Employment and Labor initiatives, namely K-Digital Training (KDT) and the Smart Training Education Platform (STEP). To achieve these objectives, the study employed various research methods, including a literature review, expert workshops, surveys, training course mapping for educational institutions, expert content validity assessments, and data visualization. The findings indicate that the field of AI is categorized into basic and advanced levels, with six areas identified: AI service planning, AI platform development, AI learning data construction, AI model implementation, and AI service operation management. Furthermore, an analysis of the linkage between KDC and other programs in the AI field revealed strong vertical and vertical-horizontal integration, whereas horizontal linkage remains relatively weak. This study is expected to contribute to strengthening the coordination and effectiveness of KDC and similar projects such as KDT and STEP.
