This research aims to examine Germany's policies that support vocational education for multicultural youth as the country, has long been implementing various multicultural education policies, such as resolving refugee issues and amending immigration laws.?As a multiethnic immigrant country, Germany has focused on social adaptation and integration of migrant workers since the 1960s, but with the recent influx of migrants and refugees, the country has been focusing on the social integration policy for multicultural youth.?Therefore, Germany has strengthened policies to support vocational education so that multicultural youth can adapt to enter German society, and has provided various vocational education programs centered on education consumers.?The purpose of this paper is to review policies and trends in supporting vocational education for multicultural teenagers. As a research method, this study reviewed Germany‘s policies for supporting multicultural vocational education and analyzed relevant literature to examine recent trends. Based on the result of this research, we presented improvement and implications for Korea's policy on supporting vocational education for multi-cultural youth.
