 이 연구는 NCS 기반 교육과정을 운영하는 특성화고 전문교과 교사를 대상으로 관심 중심 실행모형(CBAM)을 활용하여 관심 수준 및 실행 수준을 분석하고, 교직 경력 및 학교 계열에 따른 차이를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전문교과 교사 183명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관심 수준 분석 결과, 전문교과 교사들은 0～2수준의 상대적 강도가 높은 비실행자 유형에 해당했다. 둘째, 교직 경력에 따른 관심 수준의 차이 분석 결과, 20년 이상 교직 경력을 가진 교사들은 다른 교사들에 비해 상대적으로 관심 수준이 낮았다. 셋째, 실행 수준 분석 결과, 전문교과 교사들은 4수준(일상화 수준)이 가장 높게 나타났으나, 관심 수준 결과와 연계하여 볼 때 NCS 기반 교육과정의 실행이 정착 수준으로 보기에는 한계가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 특성화고의 NCS 기반 교육과정 운영에 대한 실천적 제언 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

 The purpose of this study is to analyze the stages of concern and levels of use regarding the NCS-based curriculum using the CBAM (Focused Execution Model) and to examine the difference according to the major and teaching career of  specialized vocational high school teachers. For this purpose, the questionnaires were administered to 183 vocational teachers. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, according to the analysis of the stages of concern, the vocational teachers corresponded to the ‘nonuser’ type with a relatively high intensity level of 0-2. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference of concern stages according to teaching career, teachers with more than 20 years of teaching experience had a lower stage of concern than others. Third, the level of use showed that vocational teachers were at the highest level of 4th (level of normalization), but the performance of the NCS-based curriculum was limited to the settlement level in connection with the stages of concern. Based on these results, practical suggestions for the operation of the NCS-based curriculum in specialized high schools and suggestions for the follow-up study were proposed.
